Pruning and water in the orchard

Ninety-six years ago . . . the professors had a dream.

We're on board with that.
Pruning to a lower canopy allows energy to be spent developing olives.

Rather than too much water traumatizing trees, newly redirected water is now benefiting the orchard during the spring bloom, hot summers and in autumn by assisting final maturation of the olives.

Darro also assists the horses with their water redirection needs.
